MyDiaLand.com will always do all we can to make you happy!!

 

We have 30 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions (NOT worn or used) with the gift box.

We only accept returns for refund within 30 days from the item's reception date. We will offer exchange or refund your money excluding shipping and handling fees. 

 
Notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number by email.

The item must be sent to us within 30 days after you receive this number, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.

 
 
 
We DO NOT accept any damaged products for exchange or refund.

Custom made rings, pendants and resized rings are NOT refundable.
 
 
 
 
 
If you send the item for return:
You must send via insured US Post Office, you can use Priority Mail : DO NOT FORGET: Make sure that you have insured the return package & purchased a tracking number for your record. After returning item is shipped, send us the tracking number to info@mydialand.com. 

Upon receiving your return item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.

NOTE!!
MyDialand will refund in the same payment manner as your original purchase.
 
For security reasons, Do not write the MyDiaLand anywhere on the outside of the box.  Please, Write M.D.L for us.

MyDialand will not refund : shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
 
Order Cancellation
Customer may only cancel merchandise within 24 hours of the placement of the order.
Since we produce custom order, it may be too late to cancel once the production takes place. BE SURE to cancel within 24 hours of the order placement to successfully cancel your order.

You can send to the E-mail to info@mydialand.com to cancel your items.
 
Cancelled or returned items are subject to the 10% fee. (When the buyer want to return the item that the buyer should pay sizing ring fee and shipping fee. MyDialand only refund the money without sizing ring fee or shipping fee!!) MyDialand will not refund : shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Order Cancellation
